The Queens, New York, home where Donald Trump spent his early childhood has sold for $1.93 million. Developer Tommy Lin purchased the property in 2025 for $835,000 and subsequently invested $500,000 in renovations. The 3,100-square-foot Tudor-style house, located in Jamaica Estates, had been vacant and in poor condition before the work began. The property was built by Trump's father, Fred Trump, and served as the family home until the future president was four years old.
