Dubai Launches First Etihad Rail Passenger Train Connecting Abu Dhabi and Fujairah

Dubai's first Etihad Rail passenger service begins operations, connecting Dubai with Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. Operated by Etihad Rail Mobility, the service connects Dubai to Abu Dhabi in 64 minutes and Fujairah in 70 minutes. The newly inaugurated Dubai Station is linked directly to the Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro station via a pedestrian bridge for seamless transfers. Ticket bookings are available through the Etihad Rail mobile app, website, station vending machines, and Dubai's Nol system using a single QR code. Fares on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi route start at AED 39 for Comfort Class and AED 109 for Premium Class, while the Dubai-Fujairah route starts at AED 29 for Comfort Class and AED 89 for Premium Class.
