Enforcement Directorate teams raided the premises of several people associated with the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case in Pulivendula and Hyderabad on Friday. The simultaneous searches at the properties of Devireddy Sivasankar Reddy, Yerra Gangi Reddy, and Sunil Yadav were carried out under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Investigators examined financial transactions and movement of funds connected to the 2019 murder of the former Member of Parliament. Officials also searched the premises of Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy, the father of Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy, after summoning relatives to open his locked house.
