The secret Fifa Forward Enterprise proposal aimed to transfer a portion of FIFA's commercial rights to a private investment firm. Football Association chair and FIFA vice-president Debbie Hewitt stated that Infantino remains unfit to lead unless he releases all related documents and answers outstanding questions. Council members also pressed Infantino regarding Folarin Balogun's suspended red-card ban, the FIFA Peace Prize, and funding allocations for national associations. Hewitt confirmed that UEFA's stance toward Infantino's leadership has not shifted despite his apology.
