Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will embark on an eight-day official visit to Canada and the US starting August 25. The trip includes the inaugural Economic and Financial Dialogue in Toronto with Canada's Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne to discuss bilateral investment and financial cooperation. Sitharaman will also attend the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting. The US leg of the tour will take place in Chicago, Asheville, and New York from August 28 to September 2, focusing on investor roundtables and meetings with private-sector leaders.
