The post, which featured the minor girl alongside her family, was deleted 15 minutes after it was uploaded on September 25, 2026. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav had previously accused the Chief Minister of violating the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, by revealing the victim's identity. Authorities stated the viral post compromised the privacy and dignity of the minor, prompting the legal action against the CMO official.
