Five men were arrested on suspicion of explosive and terrorism offences following a major incident at the RAF Fairford airbase in Gloucestershire, England. Police initiated the investigation after receiving reports of three suspicious vehicles travelling toward the base in the early hours of Sunday. Authorities have evacuated 85 households in the surrounding area and established a 400m cordon in the village of Whelford. Counter Terrorism Policing is currently leading the investigation, and the suspects remain in custody. US President Donald Trump stated that the individuals were under surveillance for a long time.
