FLY91 Orders 40 ATR Aircraft to Boost Regional Connectivity

Goa-based regional airline FLY91 has signed a deal for 40 ATR 72-600 aircraft, valued at approximately $1 billion at list prices. This order represents the largest purchase of ATR planes by a regional carrier globally and aims to support the airline's expansion to a fleet of over 60 aircraft by 2032. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in late 2027. Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu described the agreement as a significant success for India's regional aviation sector.
