Speaking at a foundation event in New Delhi, Chauhan explained that loitering missions deployed to target radars near Sargodha likely ran out of fuel and impacted the hills, which are near Pakistan's nuclear facilities. He also detailed a decision to shift a planned strike from Sargodha to Bholari due to adverse weather conditions. Chauhan emphasized that military operations require a careful balance between risk and political objectives.
