Four men were arrested in Samastipur, Bihar, after a 56-second video surfaced showing a girl being harassed and molested in public. The incident took place on Wednesday on Dam Bypass Road in Jagatsinghpur village under the Karpurigram police station. Police stated that the four accused were apprehended from their respective homes following the circulation of the footage on social media. The video shows the victim surrounded by a group of youths while being grabbed by the arm and allegedly targeted with physical abuse. This incident follows a similar case in Jamui where a Class X student was allegedly harassed and molested after attending coaching classes.
