Four CRPF Personnel Injured in Accidental Blast in Chhattisgarh

Four Central Reserve Police Force personnel, including two assistant sub-inspectors, suffered injuries in an accidental blast during the disposal of unserviceable explosives in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district. The incident occurred near Bodrajpadar Nala, approximately 200 metres from the Elarmadgu camp, as an Ammunition Technician Team from Jagdalpur was carrying out disposal procedures. ASI M K Tiwari and ASI Aneesh Khan sustained serious injuries, while Inspector Amarnath Mishra and head constable Kuldeep Raj received minor injuries. All four personnel received immediate first aid and were shifted to the government hospital in Konta for treatment. The seriously injured personnel were being prepared for referral to a higher medical facility.
