Four people were shot dead at Hotel Bilas Inn in Guwahati's Bora Service area on the evening of Monday, October 26, 2026. Police said at least four bodies were sent for postmortem examination, with the possibility of recovering more. The firing occurred near a Kalyan Jewellers outlet adjacent to the hotel.
