Gaja Alternative Asset Management Mobilises Rs 165 Crore From Anchor Investors

Gaja Alternative Asset Management secured Rs 165 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering. The company allotted approximately 1.03 crore equity shares at Rs 160 per share, which marks the upper end of the price band. Nippon India Mutual Fund and Invesco Mutual Fund led the anchor book with investments of Rs 30 crore each. Other institutional participants included HDFC Life, SBI Life, and prominent investors such as Akash Bhansali, Mukul Agarwal, and Ashish Kacholia. The Rs 550 crore public issue opens for subscription on Wednesday with a price band set between Rs 152 and Rs 160 per equity share.
