Leaked European Energy Labels for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 FE indicate a significant improvement in battery backup alongside a drastic reduction in total charging cycles. The device, bearing model number SM-S741B, has been rated by the European Product Registry for Energy Labeling for 50 hours of usage, earning an A rating compared to the 42.5 hours and B rating of the previous Galaxy S25 FE. However, the documentation reveals that the battery supports only 1,200 full charging cycles before capacity drops below 80 percent, down from 2,000 cycles on the older model. Samsung has not yet officially announced the device or confirmed whether the improvements stem from a new Si-C battery pack or the rumored 3nm Exynos 2500 processor. The decline in charging cycles may concern prospective buyers planning long-term use of the smartphone.
