His family is bearing all logistical costs for the parole, which was adjusted to a five-hour window due to security personnel costs and shift changes. Jathedi, who is currently lodged in Tihar jail, has 31 serious criminal cases including murder and extortion registered against him across Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.
