General Atlantic Singapore Fund sold 1.51 crore shares of KFin Technologies in a bulk deal on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at a price of Rs 925 per share. The transaction, valued at approximately Rs 1,400 crore, represents about 40% of the firm's holding as of the June quarter. Institutional investors, primarily mutual funds, were the main buyers in the deal, acquiring shares worth Rs 1,178.5 crore. Major participants included Invesco Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund. KFin Technologies shares closed the trading session at Rs 961 on the NSE.
