Google Brings Gemini Chatbot to Google Maps on iOS via CarPlay

Google has begun rolling out Gemini integration for the iOS version of Google Maps on CarPlay users globally. Drivers can access the new conversational assistant by tapping the Gemini icon located at the bottom right of the navigation interface. The feature allows motorists to find stops, report traffic disruptions, and ask multi-part location questions while driving. The rollout follows Google's recent launch of Gemini Personal Intelligence for Android Auto users. The update is deploying gradually and may take a few days to reach all devices.
