Google Unveils Gemini 3.5 Transcribe For Structured Speech-To-Text

Google has introduced Gemini 3.5 Transcribe, an AI model designed to convert unstructured speech into formatted, structured text. The model features improved precision, automatic detection of over 85 languages, and the ability to remove filler words. It can also attribute audio to up to three speakers and learn custom vocabulary. The technology will be integrated into Chrome web fields, Android devices like the Pixel 11-series, and various Google apps including Docs and Gmail.
