Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel departed on a tour of the United States and Canada to promote the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2027 scheduled for January. The Chief Minister is leading a delegation of senior government officials and leaders from 22 different companies between August 17 and 24. The official delegation includes Chief Secretary M K Das, Additional Chief Secretary T Natarajan, and Additional Chief Secretary Mamta Verma. During the tour, the delegation will hold roundtable conferences and one-to-one meetings in Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto. The delegation features industry leaders such as Parakramsinh Jadeja of Jyoti CNC Automation and Hemant Desai of Reliance Industries.
