Devaiah laughed off the internet rumor, noting that he often sees the mention on his page. He confirmed that his official debut year was 2011 with That Girl In Yellow Boots, following a festival screening in 2010 and an unreleased 2002 English film titled Brides Wanted shot in Bengaluru. Devaiah spoke ahead of the release of his next film, Little Thomas, scheduled for October 23. He also discussed his approach to handling social media and film reviews, noting that he avoids checking online reactions to preserve his mental peace.
