Heavy rainfall has left multiple areas in Delhi and Gurugram waterlogged, leading to significant traffic congestion on Tuesday. Key locations affected include the AIIMS flyover, Sohna Road, and various parts of Lutyens' Delhi. The India Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain alert for the National Capital Region, predicting continued downpours. In response to the weather conditions, the Gurugram administration has advised corporate offices to implement work-from-home policies and ordered educational institutions to shift to online classes. Many areas in the capital recorded over 100 mm of rainfall within a 24-hour period.
