HONOR is launching the Magic 9 Pro Max smartphone in China, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor. The flagship device introduces dual 200MP cameras, combining a main ultra-night sensor with an f/1.57 aperture and a 200MP telephoto lens. The company collaborated with camera professionals at ARRI to fine-tune image processing and the video capture pipeline through its H1 Imaging Chip. The phone features a rectangular camera layout designed to free up internal space for a larger battery. Additionally, HONOR plans to offer optional G200 and G500 teleconverter kits to enhance zoom performance.
