Hyderabad Bank Executive Found Dead in OYO Room; Lover Flees

A 34-year-old woman, B Sirisha, a bank customer care executive from Nagasamudram in Vikarabad district, was found murdered in an OYO hotel room in SR Nagar, Hyderabad on Tuesday. Her companion, A Srinivas (38), allegedly fled the hotel at around 3.30am after telling staff she would leave after breakfast. Police suspect a late-night quarrel turned fatal, with Srinivas attacking her with a blunt object. Sirisha had checked into the room on September 24 while Srinivas had been staying since September 9, both using fake Aadhaar cards. A case has been registered against Srinivas under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and special teams are tracing him.
