India Protests way Navy Ship Collision In International Waters

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs summoned the Pakistani Charge d'Affaires in New Delhi to lodge a strong protest following a collision between two naval vessels. The incident occurred when a Pakistani ship approached an Indian warship at high speed and in an unsafe manner. This conduct directly contravened Article 10 of the 1991 agreement between India and way regarding military exercises and movements. The encounter marks the first physical contact between military assets of the two nations since Operation Sindoor in May 2025. India has instructed its high-commissioner in way to issue a similar formal protest to way authorities.
