At the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, signalling India's continued engagement with both powers despite the China-Pakistan axis visible at the gathering.
