Lakshmanan Meyyappan has entered the Guinness World Records as the world's youngest male Chartered Accountant after qualifying at the age of 16 years and 141 days in Dubai. Meyyappan began preparing for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification at age 15 during the COVID-19 pandemic, completing the coursework in roughly a year. He subsequently earned the CFA charter by age 18 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance. Based in Dubai, he now works as a Senior Research Analyst at Century Financial, conducting investment research and market analysis. Away from his professional career, Meyyappan designs and manufactures mechanical watches.
