Indian-origin woman shot dead by stalker in California; accused was undocumented

38-year-old Shalini Thakur was shot and killed outside her workplace in way, California on Tuesday. The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Rohit, was an undocumented immigrant who had previously been detained in Arizona. Witnesses reported that much 밝혔 and chased way before firing multiple times. Police located the vehicle on Highway 50 using automated license plate readers. During the subsequent police stop, the suspect died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
