Interstate ATM Gang Leader Arrested in Nuh After Two-Year Manhunt

Haryana police arrested 25-year-old Mohammad Mujeb in Nuh on Friday for his alleged role in multiple ATM theft cases in Bihar. The suspect, a resident of Pinangwan, was wanted by Bihar Police since 2024 for using gas cutters to break into kiosks and steal cash in East Champaran district. Bihar authorities had announced a reward of ₹25,000 for information leading to his capture after he evaded arrest for two years. Following a coordinated effort between the two state police forces, the suspect was handed over to a team from the Motihari Cybercrime police station for further legal proceedings.
