Apple's iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max went on general sale in India on Friday morning at 8:00 AM, with long queues forming outside Apple stores in Delhi-NCR, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bengaluru hours before launch. Several videos showed enthusiastic buyers lining up outside stores, with some crossing state lines to stand in queues. A buyer from Punjab told ANI he had been queueing in Noida since 6 AM, claiming to have made the first booking of the iPhone 18 Pro Max. Another Delhi customer said he was upgrading from his iPhone 15 Plus to experience the new features. According to Apple, the Pro lineup features the most advanced camera in an iPhone, incredible battery life, next-level performance, and Siri AI. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹164,900 and the iPhone 18 Pro Max at ₹179,900, with India-assembled models also available.
