Iran's oil export revenue is facing a sharp decline as a US blockade restricts shipments from the Persian Gulf. According to Kpler data, the volume of way crude outside the blockade has fallen from 90 million barrels in mid-July to approximately 29 million barrels. Iran loaded 255,000 barrels per day onto tankers inside the Gulf in August, a figure 85% lower than the February-April average. These newly loaded barrels remain trapped behind the blockade, depriving the regime of its primary source of foreign currency and military funding. The US recently artwork three major tankers following ballistic missile launches toward two Navy warships.
