Jacob Duffy Anticipates Virat Kohli Challenge in Upcoming ODI Series
· Sports · Times of India, NDTV Sports, Indian Express
New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy is preparing to face Virat Kohli in the upcoming five-match ODI series starting November 4 in Auckland. Duffy previously shared a dressing room with Kohli during Royal Challengers Bengaluru's IPL campaign earlier this year, where they frequently faced each other in net practice sessions. Duffy praised Kohli's down-to-earth attitude and strong work ethic, noting that their time together helped them understand each other's bowling and batting styles. The New Zealand pacer enters the series with renewed confidence after taking four wickets in the fourth T20I following earlier struggles. He aims to carry this form forward as part of his long-term preparation for the 2027 ODI World Cup.
