Karnataka CM Demands ECI Probe Into Bulk Voter Deletions

Karnataka Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar has demanded an Election Commission of India (ECI) inquiry into the alleged bulk filing of Form-7s to delete voters from electoral rolls. Police have already registered three FIRs in Belagavi and Bhalki regarding the submission of these forms. Shivakumar alleged that pre-printed forms were supplied to opposition party workers to target minority communities, scheduled castes, and tribes. He announced plans to lead a delegation to the Chief Electoral Officer's office in Bengaluru to ensure a thorough investigation.
