The Karnataka Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) seized unauthorized pharmaceuticals valued at over ₹4 lakh from two unlicensed Amazon Seller Services Private Limited storage facilities. A team led by Assistant Drugs Controller Manohar raided a unit in Thattanahalli, Anekal taluk, confiscating medicines worth ₹2,45,352. Simultaneously, a team led by Drugs Inspector Vibha raided an unlicensed facility at Aerospace Park in Devanahalli, seizing stock valued at ₹1,57,000. Officials conducted the raids following intelligence reports regarding significant compliance breaches at these locations. The medicines were stored without the mandatory drug licenses required for pharmaceutical distribution.
