Kartik Aaryan has launched a production banner, Dopamine Studios, and will produce a sports drama directed by Kabir Khan. The film, a second collaboration after 2024’s “Chandu Champion”, follows a kickboxing coach who mentors a Kashmiri girl, drawing inspiration from athlete Tajamul Islam. Kartik, who won Best Actor at the 72nd National Film Awards for “Chandu Champion”, trained in kickboxing for this role. Production is underway in Mumbai and Kashmir, though the title, cast details and release date are yet to be announced. The project marks Kartik’s first foray into producing and expands his involvement beyond acting.
