DMK president M.K. Stalin alleged on Saturday that the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam has turned into a Breaking Bad party following the arrest of a local functionary. Directorate of Revenue Intelligence officials arrested Boobalan, who is in charge of the Kilvelur Assembly constituency, for allegedly concealing 135 kg of methamphetamine. Mr. Stalin criticized Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay for condemning drugs while members of his party operate within the drug mafia. He urged authorities to dismantle the entire narcotics network and identify other figures linked to illicit activities within the party.
