Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has purchased 4.45 acres of land in Tail Baila village, Mulshi taluka, Pune district, for Rs 1.37 crore. The transaction for the 1.80 hectares of land was registered on Tuesday, August 25, with Bajpayee paying Rs 6.87 lakh in stamp duty. He purchased the rural property from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain at a reported total transaction value of approximately Rs 30.9 lakh per acre. Tail Baila village is situated 101 km away from Pune and 119 km away from Mumbai, near Lonavala. This acquisition adds to Bajpayee's real estate portfolio, which also includes commercial property leased in Andheri West, Mumbai.
