Mercedes-Benz India has launched the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Offroad PRO at a starting price of Rs 3.80 crore, ex-showroom, in limited numbers. The new variant pairs the standard V8 performance with specialized suspension controls, off-road traction modes, and expedition equipment. Key mechanical additions include AMG Active Ride Control, AMG Traction PRO, and AMG Active Balance Control for enhanced axle articulation and ground contact. Exterior updates feature a Professional roof luggage rack with a removable rear ladder and unique 20-inch matte black alloy wheels wrapped in 275/50 R20 tires. Power is delivered by a handcrafted 3,982 cc twin-turbo V8 engine with 48V mild-hybrid technology, producing 585 hp and 850 Nm of torque through an all-wheel-drive system.
