Mumbai Eatery Licence Suspended After Customer Finds Rat in Dosa

A customer in Mumbai's Borivali West allegedly found a rat in a Mysore masala dosa served at Radhakrishna Hotel, causing him to vomit. Amit Trivedi visited the eatery with his family and subsequently contacted the Borivali police station. Senior Police Inspector Pushpalata Mandale forwarded the complaint to the Food and Drug Administration. The Maharashtra FDA has suspended the hotel's food safety licence as part of an ongoing statewide festive-season crackdown led by FDA chief Tukaram Mundhe. Further investigation into the hygiene violations is underway.
