A red-dominant colour scheme for the upcoming Hero Karizma XMR 250 has been photographed at a dealership facility by automotive enthusiast Sahil Sagar. The fully-faired motorcycle features white and black accents, black alloy wheels, mirrors, and gold-finished upside-down forks. This sighting follows previous appearances of a white version at EICMA 2025 and a black-and-red variant spotted at a dealership in July 2026. The motorcycle is expected to be powered by a 250cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 30 PS and 25 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. Hero MotoCorp has not yet confirmed whether all three observed colour combinations will be available at the official Indian market launch.
