Nexus Select Trust has agreed to buy a 100% stake in Galaxy Infra Creations Pvt Ltd for ₹1,600 crore. The deal includes a 164-key Hyatt Regency Hotel and a 5.16 lakh sq ft shopping mall, both under construction in Guwahati. This marks Nexus Select Trust's entry into northeast India's consumption markets. The total consideration will be a mix of cash and unit swap. Nexus will manage operations after construction is complete and necessary approvals are obtained.
