NLMC To Auction 459 RINL Land Plots In Visakhapatnam

The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) is launching an e-auction for 459 land parcels owned by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) in Visakhapatnam. To attract bidders, the agency will host investor roadshows in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, and Hyderabad starting September 23. The portfolio includes 456 residential plots in HB Colony and three plots in Auto Nagar, Gajuwaka. This initiative supports the Centre's FY27 target of ₹80,000 crore from asset monetisation and disinvestment.
