A 20-year-old nurse, Manepally Manasa, died after falling onto railway tracks near Moula Ali in Hyderabad on Sunday. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. as she attempted to cross from Platform No. 2 to Platform No. 1 after alighting from the Golconda Express. She was struck by the passing Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express and sustained a fatal head injury.
