London-based AI data center developer Nscale has filed for an initial public offering in New York. The firm, which counts Nvidia and Microsoft among its partners, intends to use the capital to fund equipment needed to meet rising demand for AI computing power. Financial filings reveal the company reported a net loss of $1.02 billion on $140.6 million in revenue for the six months ending June 30. This represents a significant increase in losses compared to the same period last year, when the firm reported a $368.9 million net loss on $10.4 million in revenue.
