Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency has raised the bounty on Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar by PKR 20 lakh, bringing the total reward to PKR 70 lakh. This move comes ahead of the Financial Action Task Force plenary scheduled for October. While Pakistan claims Azhar is hiding in Afghanistan, Indian intelligence agencies maintain he is located in Nawabshah, Sindh. The latest Red Book also lists 19 individuals linked to the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, though details for two suspects have been removed. Indian officials have described the inclusion of these individuals in the list as an attempt to avoid international scrutiny.
