Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday reviewed cyber fraud cases, including digital arrest incidents, during the 53rd meeting of PRAGATI at Seva Teerth in New Delhi, and called for sustained training, public awareness and capacity-building to counter new fraud techniques. The PMO statement said Modi stressed targeted awareness campaigns for senior citizens, youth and other vulnerable groups, and directed ministries, states and implementing agencies to adopt modern technologies and strengthen quality assurance. He also reviewed six infrastructure projects across Railway, Road and Power sectors with cumulative investment of more than Rs 30,000 crore, with focus on timelines and inter-agency coordination. Additionally, Modi reviewed the AgriStack project under the Digital Agriculture Mission and pushed for greater use of AI to extract value from agricultural data.
