POCO Launches F9 Pro and F9 Ultra Flagship Smartphones Globally

Xiaomi sub-brand POCO has announced the global release of the POCO F9 Pro and POCO F9 Ultra smartphones, matching devices previously launched as the Redmi K100 Pro and Redmi K100 Pro Max in China. Both models feature a 6.9-inch 185Hz OLED screen with a peak brightness of 10,000 nits, though system UI and most games do not currently support the maximum refresh rate. Shared specifications include 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, a 200-megapixel main camera, and an IP68 rating. The Ultra model is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and features an 8,050mAh battery alongside a Bose-branded rear speaker with integrated notification lighting. The devices are expected to start at approximately $858.
