Power Failure Disrupts NEET-PG Exam at Two Jaipur Centres

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences constituted a three-member committee on Sunday to investigate an internal power supply failure that disrupted the NEET-PG 2026 examination at two centres in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The technical glitch at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres affected 2,445 candidates and was attributed to the testing agency, TCS Ltd. The nationwide examination was conducted on Sunday across 1,111 centres in 339 cities for over 2.65 lakh candidates. A re-examination for the affected candidates will be conducted on September 5 in Jaipur at 3 p.m. The probe panel includes a senior Rajasthan government official, a Joint Secretary from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and an engineering official from the Central Electricity Authority.
