Rajasthan Court Fines Woman for Filing False Rape Case

The woman had alleged that the neighbour raped her seven-year-old daughter, but the minor later denied the incident to investigators. The court accepted the police's final report on July 8, 2025, and subsequently initiated proceedings against the woman for filing the false complaint.
