The Rajasthan High Court has taken suo motu notice of youth welfare challenges, directing the Centre and the Rajasthan government to submit a status report and action plan on preventing paper leaks. Justice Anoop Kumar Dhand issued the directive on August 24, targeting the establishment of a robust mechanism against recurring examination paper leaks. The court also highlighted infrastructure deficiencies in rural government schools, including missing functional toilets, drinking water, and electricity. Additionally, the bench flagged broader systemic issues facing younger generations, such as digital burnout, gig economy insecurity, and high education costs. Respondents were ordered to outline remedial measures to improve foundational educational institutions.
