RPG Life Sciences Acquires Raghava Life Sciences API Business for ₹135 Crore

RPG Life Sciences is acquiring the active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates business of Raghava Life Sciences for ₹135 crore. The transaction will be executed through a slump sale via its wholly owned subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma, on a going-concern basis. The acquired assets include a nine-acre manufacturing facility near Hyderabad with 300 KL of installed capacity and a dedicated R&D setup. The facility currently holds WHO-GMP and EU-GMP certifications. The portfolio being acquired consists of 22 commercialised products and seven development-stage assets across therapeutic segments including cardiovascular and diabetes.
